We courier nation wide with set courier prices on regions - please note we despatch packages a maximum of twice a week in order to send out mass orders as oppose to small collections daily.

You will be informed once your parcel has left with a tracking number in order to keep track of your parcel.

We allow collections from us in Brackenfell - by appointment only

All our products are hand made and therefore are not perfect and no two products are identical.

All products are custom made to your order - so unfortunately we cannot offer any returns or refunds - if you are unsatisfied with your product as a result of faulty workmanship we will offer vouchers but unfortunately cannot give any cash refunds.
